Check out his 8/1 ACCA prediction below and see if you agree with his choices!
I can only see a home victory here. I think Chelsea will be too strong for them. Luton's best chance of getting points this season is likely to be their home matches - but I know their stadium isn't ready yet so it's a tough start to the campaign having to play away each time.
I fancy Chelsea to get their first win of the season in this one and I'm going to go 3-0 with Nicholas Jackson to score anytime. I like him a lot and think he'll have a great season.
I'm definitely going to go for a Tottenham away win here. I think it'll be a tight game with a few goals and I think Spurs will have enough to get the three points. Off the back of their victory against Manchester United last weekend, they'll take a lot of confidence from that one.
The new manager at Bournemouth is still settling in and after they did well last season I think this could be a tough year for them. So I'm going to go with a 2-1 away win for Spurs.
Shay's Prediction: Brighton 3-0 West Ham United
Sat 26 Aug, 17:30
This is the 5.30 kick-off on Saturday evening and I think Brighton will make it three wins out of three.
I know David Moyes will make sure West Ham try to be strong defensively, but just with the way Brighton have started, scoring eight goals in their first two games, there are so many positives around the club at the moment.
With home advantage this weekend I am tipping Brighton to win 3-0. West Ham fans won't like that much but I think the Seagulls have looked excellent so far and they have goals coming from all areas of the pitch.
Shay's Prediction: Sheffield United 1-3 Man City
Sun 27 Aug, 14:00
I can only see my old side Man City winning this one. The only slight glimmer of hope you could give Sheffield United is that Pep Guardiola won't be at the game following the back operation that he had during the week.
Will the players take their foot off the pedal while the manager isn't there? Sheffield United will be hoping so but I don't think that'll be the case.
The Blades might sneak a goal but City will win pretty comfortably. I'll say 3-1 City and Julian Alvarez to score again.
Every week people tell me 'Oh you never predict Newcastle to lose' and they might be right. But I do think they'll win this one.
There's been big speculation the last couple of days around Mo Salah and a possible move to Saudi Arabia. Will he still be at the club next week? We'll have to wait and see.
Last season whenever Newcastle had a poor result, they would tend to bounce back with a good performance and I think they'll do that again after losing to Man City last weekend. At St James' Park on Sunday afternoon the place will be bouncing.
I'm backing Newcastle to win 2-1 and Callum Wilson to get on the scoresheet.
