Argentina vs Saudi Arabia

Tue 22 Nov, 10:00

10/11
Back Argentina to win with a -2 handicap
view details

Lionel Scaloni’s Argentina are second favourites to win the 2022 World Cup and with the likes of Leo Messi, Lautaro Martinez and Paulo Dybala, it's easy to see why.

The South American’s are unbeaten in their last 36 matches, a run which includes two victories against great rivals Brazil. Argentina have kept five clean sheets in a row in the build-up to this tournament, scoring 19 times in the process and they look nailed on to beat Saudi Arabia in this Group C opener.

We fancy it to be a one-sided affair and think 10/11 on Messi and co winning by 3 goals or more is a great addition to any Acca.

Denmark vs Tunisia

Tue 22 Nov, 13:00

42/100
Back Denmark to win
view details

Denmark impressed at Euro 2020, with only a penalty shootout defeat preventing them from reaching the final. Since that tournament, they have won 11 of their 14 matches and they come into this World Cup in a confident mood.

With talisman Christian Eriksen back in the side, the Danes should have too much for a Tunisia team who did well in qualifying but have been second best when coming up against higher ranking opposition in recent times. Beaten 5-1 by Brazil in a friendly last week, the Africans may struggle to advance from Group D.

Group Stage Specials:

Group C

10/1
Back Saudi Arabia to score fewest goals in Group Stages
view details

It’s been 19 matches since Saudi Arabia last netted more than once in a game. During that time they have failed to score on 10 occasions, including against the likes of Venezuela, Honduras and Jordan.

In a group with proven international teams Argentina, Poland and Mexico, it would be a real surprise if the Saudi’s registered a win in Group C and with no regular goalscorer in the side, there is every chance they could also fail to register on the scoresheet.

At 10/1, this is another eye-catching bet for your slip.

World Cup 2022 Player Specials:

Group D

11/10
Back Kylian Mbappe to score 4 or more
view details

France’s Kylian Mbappe is one of the big names looking to set the stage alight at this year’s World Cup and the PSG attacker comes into the tournament in fine goalscoring form. The 23-year-old has netted seven times in his last six games for his club and has a record of almost a goal every other game for his country.

With lower-ranked opponents Australia and Tunisia in their group, Les Bleus will fancy their chances of scoring regularly and Kylian Mbappe is very capable of bagging four or more in the tournament.

Mexico vs Poland

Tue 22 Nov, 16:00

19/10
Back the draw
view details

Of the group stage fixtures, this clash in Group C looks to be one of the most evenly matched. In fact, three of their last four meetings have finished 1-1.

While Mexico (13th) are ranked 13 places higher than Poland (26th) in the official FIFA standings, the Poles boast the standout player, a certain Robert Lewandowski. The Barcelona striker is capable of winning games on his own but on this occasion, the Poles may have to settle for a point as they get their World Cup campaign underway.
