Weekend Racing Tips at Curragh – Irish NH Tips

This horse had a cracking season in 2024 before taking a Group 3 over this trip on Irish Champions weekend on the back of two stellar efforts on his two runs prior. He ran a stormer last time when chasing home a pair of Group 1 winners in the shape of Los Angeles and White Birch in a Group 2 over ten furlongs.

This step up in trip should really suit him here and while he is conceding weight all around, he will take some stopping and is the class angle in here. I'll be bitterly disappointed if he gets beat.

This horse made a very pleasing debut at Leopardstown last time over seven furlongs when he found only one too good on what was his racecourse debut. He just showed a lack of gears that day so the step up in trip to a mile and two should really suit here.

The combination of the trip and all the experience gained last time should stand him well and he really should be going close.

This horse is a real high-level handicapper who ran an absolute blinder in the Irish Cambridgeshire last season when being mugged late on by an inspired Ryan Moore. He comes here for what will be his seasonal debut, but I don't imagine that he will be short of work to contest a premier handicap such as this.

He very rarely runs a bad race and handles all sorts of conditions. If fully wound up he won't be far away in what's a very competitive race.
