England have the chance to flex their muscle when they take on the most decorated team in international football on Saturday. Gareth Southgate has an embarrassment of riches at his disposal and it’s difficult to see the Brazilians keeping the Three Lions’ attack out. Southgate’s men are averaging three goals per home game since the World Cup.

Brazil have lost their last three matches but now Dorival has been brought in to arrest the slump. He will want to ensure his team play with the flair associated with a Brazil side and he has the forward line to do just that. Despite their struggles, Brazil are still averaging 1.5 goals per game across their last 10 matches.

Denmark have struggled defensively of late. They were beaten by Northern Ireland in their last match and managed to concede against San Marino in October. Both teams have scored in their last two matches on home turf, and they go head-to-head with a very capable Swiss side here.

Switzerland were beaten by Romania in their last match but that was their only defeat in their last 10. Over that period, they are averaging 2.2 goals per game and are conceding 1.1.

France are just behind England in the betting for the European Championships. They have been in the last two World Cup finals but haven’t won this tournament since the year 2000. Their attack needs no introduction, and they have a truly menacing scoring record. Les Bleus have found the net in their 10 matches since the start of 2023, scoring an average of 3.4 goals per game.

Germany beat France 2-1 back in September. They are the only side to beat the French in the last 15 months. Julian Nagelsmann has taken charge of four games and both teams have scored in three of those. Germany are scoring an average of 1.75 goals but conceded two per game.
