Hoffenheim’s home matches have seen an average of 3.31 goals per game in the Bundesliga this season. Both teams have scored in 11 of those 13 matches. This bet has also won in five of the last six meetings between these sides at this ground.
Augsburg have scored in four of their last five matches on the road. They have scored a whopping 12 goals in those games and will fancy their chances of scoring on Saturday. Jess Thorup’s side are conceding an average of 1.62 goals in the league this season.
Luton are still in the fight to survive in England’s top flight but they need to start picking up victories. They have scored in their last six matches at Kenilworth Road and this bet has landed in the last five. Those six games have seen 4.33 goals on average.
Bournemouth have performed exceptionally well in recent weeks, bouncing back from a winless run. They have found the net in their last 11 away matches across all competitions. Those games have seen an average of 3.82 goals with the Cherries scoring an average of two.
Wolves could only manage a 1-1 draw away at Burnley this week. They face a stern test when they host West Ham at the weekend but have managed to score in nine of their last 10 home matches. Gary O’Neil’s side are averaging 1.7 goals per game during that run but conceding 1.4.
Both teams have scored in West Ham’s last six matches in the Premier League. They drew 1-1 at home to Tottenham earlier in the week and I fancy both teams to find the net here. The Hammers have scored three goals in their last two away matches.
The Rome Derby also takes place this weekend. These games don’t usually see a lot of goals, but it’s been a turbulent season at both clubs. Since Daniele De Rossi took charge, Roma have scored an average of 2.43 goals and conceded 1.14 at the Stadio Olimpico.
Lazio have also had struggles this season. Giovanni Martusciello has replaced Sarri in the hot seat but is too early in his tenure to spot trends. However, both teams have scored in five of Lazio’s last six Serie A matches on the road.
Manchester United beat Liverpool 4-3 in the FA Cup last month and I’m expecting goals once again. The scores were level at 2-2 when the 90 minutes was up in that one, so this bet landed with ease. Erik Ten Hag’s side have scored in all 13 of their matches in 2024.
Liverpool are the favourites and will want to maintain their place at the top of the Premier League. They are averaging 2.84 goals per game this calendar year and both teams have scored in their last five matches across all competitions.
