Premier League Game Week 4 – CopyBet
The Premier League returns following the international break and it's all change at Nottingham Forest as Ange Postecoglou takes charge of the Tricky Trees for Saturday's trip to Arsenal.
The Emirates clash is one of the highlights of a weekend which concludes with the Manchester derby at the Etihad on Sunday. We have four selections for this week's top-flight action.
Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest
It's hard to think of a more difficult start for former Tottenham boss Postecoglou, who will face a hostile reception from the Emirates crowd prior to Saturday's early kick-off.
Forest were renowned for their defensive prowess under Nuno Espirito Santo, but Postecoglou's approach is likely to be more ambitious, and that could spell trouble at Arsenal.
The Gunners ran out 5-0 winners over Leeds in their sole home fixture, scoring twice before the break, and should come out firing again.
Everton vs Aston Villa
Everton began life at the Hill Dickinson Stadium with a 2-0 win over Brighton, then followed up with a 3-2 victory at Wolves, and the Toffees can make it three on the spin at home to Aston Villa.
This looks a good time to face Villa, who have claimed one point from three matches and are yet to score this season.
Unai Emery finally managed to reinforce his squad on deadline day, but those new recruits may need time to adapt to life in the Midlands.
West Ham United vs Tottenham
Thomas Frank won three of four matches at West Ham during his spell at Brentford, and he can lead Spurs to victory at the London Stadium on Saturday.
Spurs' strong start to the season came to an end with a 1-0 loss at home to Bournemouth prior to the international break, while West Ham got points on the board at the third time of asking with a 3-0 win at Forest.
However, Graham Potter's outfit were dismal in their sole home outing - a 5-1 loss to Chelsea - and one win is not certain to herald a turnaround in their fortunes.
Man City vs Man United
Manchester City and Manchester United both have something to prove in this Manchester derby clash but it could be the Citizens who emerge on top of a high-scoring game at the Etihad.
While City have fallen to back-to-back losses against Tottenham and Brighton, they continue to create chances, and should manufacture opportunities against a suspect Red Devils' defence which conceded twice in the 3-2 win at Burnley last time out.
While Pep Guardiola's hosts have won three of the last four Etihad Manchester derbies and can secure three points again, it would be no surprise if United also find the net - the visitors have the second-highest expected goals figure in the Premier League this season.
