After a summer break, the Formula 1 circus heads to Zandvoort this weekend with the Dutch Grand Prix providing the 15th race of the 2025 season on the final day of August.

Winning the Hungarian Grand Prix in early August, McLaren’s Lando Norris has been forced to wait patiently for another opportunity to narrow the nine-point gap to team-mate Oscar Piastri at the top of the Drivers’ Championship.

Norris will have some fond memories of his last visit to Zandvoort and the Englishman might well be the driver to stop in Sunday’s race in North Holland.

Norris arrives at Zandvoort fresh from victory at the Hungarian Grand Prix, a result that has only heightened anticipation during the following break in race action.

With consistency now key in the battle for points, the Bristol-born driver will be determined to convert his form into another statement result on Sunday.

Zandvoort is a venue that holds special significance for Norris. It was here, just last season, that he claimed his first Dutch Grand Prix win, and the combination of his improved form and McLaren’s increasingly competitive package makes him a serious contender once again.

Boosted by that last performance at the Hungaroring, Norris will be aiming to repeat that success in front of one of Formula 1’s best crowds in North Holland.

For team-mate Piastri, last year’s Dutch Grand Prix brought a more frustrating outcome.

The Australian looked strong across the weekend but narrowly missed the podium, settling for fourth place.

Momentum sits firmly with Norris and after his success in Hungary and his victory at the Dutch Grand Prix last season, the Englishman looks to be good value at 7/5 to take the chequered flag this weekend.

Meanwhile, there’s also value to be had backing Charles Leclerc to add another top-three finish to his collection this year.

The Ferrari star has already secured five podium finishes this season and missed out on another last time out when finishing fourth in Hungary at the start of the month.

Leclerc can look back on some good performances when it comes to the Dutch Grand Prix, as the 27-year-old has finished third in two of the last three years.

Joining Norris and Red Bull star Max Verstappen on the podium last season at Zandvoort, Leclerc has proven what he’s capable of around this track and his price of 69/50 for another top-three finish catches the eye in this one.
