Shay’s Prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Brentford

Back Chelsea to win

The early kick off on Saturday comes from Stamford Bridge and Chelsea are now unbeaten in four matches after that poor start.

Brentford had a good win last time out against Burnley but I think Pochettino has got Chelsea playing some good stuff now and I believe they’ll win this one.

Cole Palmer has been a star for them lately and he’ll inspire the Blues to a 2-0 win.

Shay’s Prediction: Wolves 0-1 Newcastle

Back Newcastle to win

This is a tougher one to call than it might have been at another time in the season and that’s mainly because Newcastle are coming into it off the back of a disappointing night in Europe.

The Magpies will want to bounce back but Gary O’Neil is doing a great job at Wolves right now so this’ll be a close match.

Newcastle lost Alexander Isaak to injury against Dortmund so Callum Wilson will likely lead the line and I’ll back him as anytime scorer in a 1-0 Newcastle win.

Shay’s Prediction: West Ham 2-1 Everton

Back West Ham to win

Both teams slipped to defeats last time out in the league and then West Ham got beat away in Greece on Thursday. So the two of them will want to get back to positive results.

This is one where home advantage could well make the difference and I’m backing the Hammers to edge it.

Shay’s Prediction: Man United 1-3 Man City

Back Man City to win

A huge game for both clubs, with neither being faultless of late. I played in a few of these games for City and they were always brilliant occasions.

Back then United still had the edge in terms of who was expected to win but that’s very different now. I can’t see anything other than a City victory.

I think they’ll be too strong for United on the day and as Erik ten Hag’s side still have a fair few problems with injuries and off the field issues, City can make their dominance count.
