Back Both Teams to Score

Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City have suffered somewhat of a torrid time recently for their standards, losing three out of their last four matches in all competitions, including a 1-0 defeat against title rivals Arsenal which will have given the Citizens a lot to think about over the international break.

City sit two points behind Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur respectively ahead of this weekend’s tough clash with Brighton in 3rd position, a spot in the table that they have not been familiar with over the years.

Four out of the last five Premier League meetings between these sides have seen both teams score in the match, with Manchester City winning three of the five matches.

Brighton are another side who have suffered a dip in form lately, winning just one of their last six matches in all competitions.

The Seagulls have continued to impress in front of goal despite their recent form and have only failed to score in one game in all competitions this season, where they were defeated by a single goal to nil against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

We fancy Both Teams to Score at the Etihad Stadium this weekend.

Back Newcastle United to Win
place a bet

Newcastle United return to action at St James’ Park this weekend with some fine form behind them, winning their last four home matches on the bounce including an incredible 4-1 win against French Champions PSG in the UEFA Champions League.

The Magpies welcome back the likes of Anthony Gordon, Sven Botman and a full return for Callum Wilson, who had been suffering with an injury before the international break arrived.

Eddie Howe’s side take on Borussia Dortmund next week and will be looking to take another home victory into that fixture to give them another confidence boost.

Roy Hodgson’s Eagles have struggled for goals as of late, netting just two goals in their last five fixtures across all competitions.

Palace did pick up a huge away win last time out though, as Joachim Andersen’s fantastic volley handed the Eagles all three points in a 0-1 win at Old Trafford against Manchester United.

We’re backing a Newcastle United win this weekend at St James’ Park.

Chelsea vs Arsenal

Back Arsenal to Win

Chelsea have started to pick up form at the right time with a tough run of fixtures ahead for the Blues and strolled into the international break on the back of a brilliant performance at Turf Moor against Burnley.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have won three matches in a row, their best run of the season so far and could now be ready to kick on and move up the table with a squad that has had so much investment over the past 18 months.

Five of the last six Premier League matches between these sides has ended in an Arsenal win, with Chelsea’s only victory in those six coming in August 2021 at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal are still unbeaten in the Premier League this season and will undoubtedly have the 1-0 win against Manchester City in the back of their minds coming into this fixture.

The Gunners will also welcome the return of star man Bukayo Saka who missed England’s win’s against Australia and Italy during the international break, as he pulled out of the squad to recover from his injury.

We’ve gone for an Arsenal win at Stamford Bridge this weekend to keep up their good run against Chelsea.

Back Man United to Score Over 1.5 Team Goals

Sheffield United are still winless in the Premier League this season, picking up just a single point in the 2-2 draw with Everton earlier last month.

The Blades return to Premier League action at Brammall Lane for the first time since their 8-0 drubbing by Newcastle United and will be aiming to sneak a result to finally give the fans something to cheer about.

Manchester United headed into the international break on the back of a late win against Brentford thanks to a double from substitute Scott McTominay.

United are yet again another team in a bit of trouble, having won just three of their last eight matches in all competitions in what has been a disappointing season by all account for the Red Devils.

We’ve gone for Manchester United to Score Over 1.5 Team Goals against Sheffield United this weekend.
