Promotional Terms
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These promotional terms and conditions (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to the
Welcome Offer; the ACCA Booster; the Weekly Challenge Offer; and the Daily Profit Boost
and any other promotions or offers that we may run from time to time (each a
“Promotion”).
1.2. By participating in a Promotion, you accept these Promotional Terms and our General
Terms (here). If there is any conflict between these Promotional Terms and the General
Terms, the General Terms will take precedence. Capitalised terms and expressions used in
these Promotional Terms but not defined in these Promotional Terms will have the
meaning given to them in the General Terms.
1.3. The Promotional Terms apply between CopyBet UK Limited (“us” “we” or the “Company”)
and you as a participant of a Promotion (“User”).
1.4. Only users who can view an Offer within their CopyBet account (including within the
CopyBet website or mobile application) are eligible to participate in that Promotion.
2. WELCOME OFFER - Status: Currently Unavailable
The Welcome Offer described below is not currently available to customers and cannot be
accessed or participated in at this time.
The following terms apply only in the event that the Welcome Offer is made available by
CopyBet.
Eligibility
2.1. To be eligible for the welcome offer (“Welcome Offer”) when it is available, and to
participate for the chance to receive a free bet (a “Free Bet”), you must satisfy the
following criteria:
2.1.1. You must have registered for your CopyBet Profile within the Promotion Period
(see Clause 2.1.4 below);
2.1.2. You must not have previously participated in the Welcome Offer;
2.1.3. You must be at least 18 years old;
2.1.4. We must have verified your identity, as specified in section 7 of the General
Terms (here);
2.1.5. You must make a deposit with the Company using an instant bank payment
secured by Truelayer (save as set out in Clause 3.1 below);
2.1.6. You may not use any virtual private networks (VPNs) to participate in the
Welcome Offer; and
2.1.7. You must be a UK resident, and resident in the UK at the point you participate in
the Welcome Offer.
Rules of play
2.2. Each User may only enter the Welcome Offer once.
2.3. In order to qualify for the Welcome Offer, during an active promotion period, you must
be eligible (see Clause 2.1 above) and must:
2.3.1. complete a successful log-in through the CopyBet mobile application;
2.3.2. enrol by pressing the “OPT IN” button displayed on the Welcome Offer widget on
your CopyBet Profile page (save as set out in Clause 3.1 below);
2.3.3. place 1 Single or Accumulator (of 2 or more selections) bet (a “Qualifying Bet”)
which:
2.3.3.1. must be worth at least £20;
2.3.3.2. must have odds of 1.9 (9/10) or higher;
2.3.3.3. must be settled within 7 days after pressing the “OPT IN” button; and
2.3.3.4. must be the only bet that you have placed on the same market of the
same match/event.
For example, where you place 2 Single bets on the same market of the same
match/event, both of which would otherwise satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria
above, neither of these bets will be deemed a Qualifying Bet.
2.3.4. If you place what would otherwise be a Qualifying Bet and opt to use the ‘cash out’
feature (whether in full or in part) before the outcome of the event, such bet will not
classify as a Qualifying Bet.
Free Bets
2.4. Upon settlement of a Qualifying Bet during an active promotion period, (i.e., after the
relevant match(es)/event(s) have finished), within 24 hours you will receive 1 Free Bet,
valued at £20. The Free Bet will be credited to your Sportsbook account. Where additional
checks are required to confirm your identity, you will receive your Free Bet once these
identification checks have been completed.
2.5. The maximum payout from the Free Bet is £500. For example, if the total winnings from
the bet placed using a Free Bet are £600, the amount paid to you will be £500.
2.6. The Free Bet can be placed on any Live or Pre-Match bet.
2.7. You will receive the following Free Bet:
2.7.1. £20 Free Bet;
2.8. To activate the Free Bet, you must press the ‘Free Bet’ toggle on your Betslip.
2.9. Any winnings paid will not include the stake. For example, if you placed the £20 Free Bet
with odds of 4.0 (3/1), and that Free Bet is successful, you will receive £60 (i.e. £80 minus
the £20 Free Bet stake).
2.10. Any winnings from the Free Bet will be transferred to your Sportsbook Account.
2.11. The Free Bet cannot be exchanged or withdrawn as cash. You cannot use the ‘cash out’
feature for the Free Bet.
2.12. If you have set any bet limits that are lower than the value of the Free Bet, you will not be
able to place the Free Bet. You will receive an error message when you attempt to do so.
Time limits
2.13. The Free Bet is valid for 7 days from the time and date that it is credited to your account
(the “Qualifying Period”). For example, if you receive a Free Bet at 3:00pm GMT on
Tuesday, that Free Bet will expire at 3.00pm GMT the following Tuesday.
2.14. If you do not use a Free Bet during the Qualifying Period, it will expire.
Restrictions
2.15. A Qualifying Bet will not be valid if it is abandoned, cancelled, returned, or declared void.
For example, where what would otherwise be a Qualifying Bet, is made on a tennis match
that is cancelled due to rain, that bet would be declared void (see Clause 2.21 below) and
would not be a Qualifying Bet. Any money you have placed as part of that bet will be
returned to your account.
2.16. Unless otherwise stated in the offer description, the Welcome Offer may only be used by a
single User per household, per device, and per IP address, and may be subject to
additional account and/or security review.
2.17. We may alter, discontinue, or terminate the Welcome Offer if required for legal and/or
regulatory reasons. Further, we may change the rules of the Welcome Offer where
required to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons, or otherwise where commercially
necessary. We will publish any changes to these rules here.
2.18. If we terminate the Welcome Offer, this does not affect the validity of any Free Bets already
awarded to you during the Promotion Period.
2.19. Should a Free Bet be declared void (for example, in the circumstances described in
Clause 2.16 above), it will be returned to the User’s account and can be used later within
the Qualifying Period, provided it has not expired and subject to the other rules and
requirements set out in these Promotional Terms. The new Free Bet to replace the voided
Free Bet will be added to the User’s account within 48 hours. See the sections of the
General Terms on when a bet (including any Free Bet) may be voided for breaching our
General Terms here, and our Sportsbook Rules here for detailed examples of
circumstances that would result in a bet (including any Free Bet) being voided.
2.20. Where we reasonably suspect you are ineligible to participate in the Welcome Offer or
where you have behaved in a way that is, or we reasonably suspect is, a ‘Prohibited
Activity’ as further explained in section 11 of our General Terms (here) we will: (i) prohibit
you from participating in the Welcome Offer; (ii) void any Free Bets that may otherwise
have been awarded to you; and (iii) void and/or reclaim any winnings paid to you from any
Free Bets.
2.21. We may request additional verification from you (including but not limited to additional
documents and/or photographs, if considered necessary). Please see section 7 of the
General Terms on user identify verification here for more information.

3. ACCA BOOSTER
3.1. Where you place an Accumulator bet with at least three qualifying selections (an “ACCA
Booster Qualifying Bet”) and that bet is successful, we will add a cash bonus of up to
100% to your winnings (the “ACCA Booster”).
Eligibility
3.2. To be eligible for the promotion (the “ACCA Booster”) and to participate for the chance to
receive a cash bonus, you must satisfy the following criteria:
3.2.1. You must be at least 18 years old;
3.2.2. We must have verified your identity, as specified in the account verification
section of our General Terms (here);
3.2.3. You may not use any virtual private networks (VPNs) to participate in the ACCA
Booster; and
3.2.4. You must be a UK resident, and resident in the UK at the point you participate in
the ACCA Booster.
Rules of play
3.3. The ACCA Booster applies to both Pre-Match and In-Play selections on all sports markets.
The selections (or “legs”) can be from any combination of sports market (i.e., they can be
mixed and matched).
3.4. The ACCA Booster applies to winnings on from accumulator bets that meet the following
conditions:
3.4.1. the bet includes Pre-Match and/or In-Play selections;
3.4.2. contains at least three selections; and
3.4.3. each selection has minimum odds of 1.3 (3/10).
3.5. The value of the ACCA Booster will vary depending on the number of legs of the ACCA
Booster Qualifying Bet as follows:
3 legs - 5%
4 legs - 10%
5 legs - 15%
6 legs - 20%
7 legs - 25%
8 legs - 30%
9 legs - 35%
10 legs - 40%
11 legs - 45%
12 legs - 50%
13 legs - 55%
14 legs - 60%
15 legs - 65%
16 legs - 70%
17 legs - 75%
18 legs - 80%
19 legs - 90%
20+ legs - 100%
3.5.1. By way of example, if you place a 5-leg ACCA Booster Qualifying Bet which wins, but with
one leg that has been made void, it will settle as a winning four leg bet and you will receive
the ACCA Booster for four legs, not five (i.e. an ACCA Booster of 10%). An example of this
in practice would be a 5-leg ACCA that is correct for 4 legs, but the horse selected in the
5th leg does not run (making that leg void).
3.5.2. The maximum bonus amount of an ACCA Booster is £5,000 per qualifying bet, regardless
of the number of selections or the calculated booster percentage.
For example, if you place a qualifying bet on a 20-leg Accumulator that qualifies for a
100% ACCA Booster and your normal winnings would be £10,000, the boosted total
payout will be £15,000 — not £20,000 — because the bonus is capped at £5,000.
Payments
3.6. We will add the ACCA Booster to your Sportsbook account within 24 hours of when all the
events upon which you have placed ACCA Booster Qualifying Bets have finished.
3.7. If you use the ‘cash out’ feature on any bet that would otherwise be an ACCA Booster
Qualifying Bet, you will not receive an ACCA Booster.
Restrictions
3.8. If any legs of an ACCA Booster Qualifying Bet are postponed/voided, the ACCA Booster
will still apply. However, the percentage of the ACCA Booster added will reflect the number
of winning legs. For example, a 5-leg Accumulator with 4 winners and 1 voided leg will
receive a 10% bonus.
3.9. You cannot use any Free Bets in conjunction with the ACCA Booster.
3.10. The ACCA Booster cannot be used in conjunction with any Profit Boost or similar
promotional feature.
3.11. Where a Profit Boost is selected and applied to a qualifying bet, the ACCA Booster will not
apply to that bet, even if it would otherwise qualify.
3.12. Unless otherwise stated in the offer description, each Offer may only be used by a single
User per household, per device, and per IP address, and may be subject to additional
account or security review.
3.13. We may alter, discontinue, or terminate the ACCA Booster if required for legal and/or
regulatory reasons. Further, we may change the rules of the ACCA Booster where required
to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons, or otherwise where commercially necessary.
We will publish any changes to these rules here.
3.14. If we terminate the ACCA Booster, this does not affect the validity of any ACCA Booster
already awarded to you during the Promotion Period.
3.15. Where we reasonably suspect you are ineligible to participate in the ACCA Booster or
where you have behaved in a way that is, or we reasonably suspect is, a ‘Prohibited
Activity’ as further explained in section 11 of our General Terms (here), we will: (i) prohibit
you from participating in the ACCA Booster; (ii) void any ACCA Bonus that may otherwise
have been awarded to you; and (iii) void and/or reclaim any winnings paid to you from any
ACCA Booster.
3.16. We may request additional verification from you (including but not limited to additional
documents and/or photographs, if considered necessary). Please see section 7 on account
verification in the General Terms (here) for more information.
3.17. Where you breach a term of the ACCA Booster as set out in this Clause 4, or we find
evidence that you are using the ACCA Booster to guarantee profits regardless of the
outcome of a match (whether individually or as part of a wider group), we may void the
ACCA Booster and any bet that was funded using it and take any further action that is
reasonable and commercially necessary.
4. DAILY PROFIT BOOST
Eligibility
4.1. To be eligible for the chance to receive a bonus increase on the profit you receive from an
applicable bet (see Clause 6.2 below for what we mean by “profit” in this context) (a “Daily
Profit Boost Bonus”), you must satisfy the following criteria:
4.1.1. We must have verified your identity, as specified in the account verification
section (section 7) of the General Terms (here);
4.1.2. You must be at least 18 years old;
4.1.3. You may not use any virtual private networks (VPNs) to participate in the Daily
Profit Boost;
4.1.4. You must be a UK resident, and resident in the UK at the point you participate in
the Daily Profit Boost; and
4.1.5. You may only enter each Daily Profit Boost once per day.
4.2. The ‘profit’ from a bet means the winnings that such bet returns to you. For example, in a
winning 3.0 (2/1) bet where you staked £20, you will receive £60, of which £40 is profit and
£20 is the return of your stake.
Rules of play
4.3. In order to participate in the Daily Profit Boost, you must log in to your CopyBet/Sportsbook
account using either the CopyBet website or mobile application. Each day that you do so,
you will earn a Daily Profit Boost Bonus. You can earn no more than 1 Daily Profit Boost
Bonus per day.
4.4. To claim the Daily Profit Boost Bonus you have earned, you must click the icon on the
Daily Profit Boost section of the CopyBet website or mobile app. Until you claim the Daily
Profit Boost Bonus, you will not be able to use it to apply to an applicable bet (see below).
4.5. You may claim 1 Daily Profit Boost Bonus per day.
4.6. Once you have claimed a Daily Profit Boost Bonus, you have 24 hours to use it on an
applicable bet (see below). If a Daily Profit Boost Bonus is not used within this time, it will
expire and become unavailable.
Applicable bets
4.7. A Daily Profit Boost Bonus may be applied to:
4.7.1. Single and Accumulator (multiple) Pre-Match and In-Play bets on all sports
markets;
4.7.2. and have a maximum stake of £30.
4.8. The Daily Profit Boost Bonus cannot be applied to:
4.8.1. System bets;
4.8.2. Bet Builder bets (unless explicitly stated otherwise);
4.8.3. Bets placed using Free Bets or any other promotional offer.
4.9. A Free Bet (see above) cannot be used in conjunction with a Daily Profit Boost Bonus.
4.10. A Daily Profit Boost Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with the ACCA Booster.
Where a Daily Profit Boost Bonus is selected and applied to a qualifying bet, the ACCA
Booster will not apply to that bet, even if it would otherwise qualify for an ACCA Booster.
4.11. The value of each Daily Profit Boost Bonus may vary from day to day, but will be no
greater than £1,000. The applicable value will be displayed in the Daily Profit Boost widget.
The value of the Daily Profit Boost Bonuses that you have previously claimed can be
viewed in the Offers menu of the CopyBet Sportsbook.
4.12. The Daily Profit Boost Bonus will be deposited in your account within 24 hours after the
result of the match on which you placed a bet using the Daily Profit Boost Bonus is
confirmed.
Restrictions
4.13. Unless otherwise stated in the offer description, each Offer may only be used by a single
User per household, per device, and per IP address, and may be subject to additional
account or security review.
4.14. We may alter, discontinue, or terminate the Daily Profit Boost if required for legal and/or
regulatory reasons. Further, we may change the rules of the Daily Profit Boost where
required to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons, or otherwise where commercially
necessary. We will publish any changes to these rules here.
4.15. If we terminate the Daily Profit Boost, this does not affect the validity of any Daily Profit
Boost Bonuses already earned by you.
4.16. Where we reasonably suspect you are ineligible to participate in the Daily Profit Boost or
where you have behaved in a way that is, or we reasonably suspect is, a ‘Prohibited
Activity’ as further explained in section 11 of our General Terms (here), we will: (i) prohibit
you from participating in the Daily Profit Boost; (ii) void any Daily Profit Boost Bonuses that
may otherwise have been earned by you; and (iii) void and/or reclaim any winnings paid to
you from any Daily Profit Boost Bonus.
4.17. We may request additional verification from you (including but not limited to additional
documents and/or photographs, if considered necessary). Please see the account

5. PROMO CODE TERMS
Eligibility
5.1. To be eligible for the chance to receive a code (a “Promo Code”) that will give a profit boost
to use on an applicable bet (see below), you must have satisfied the following criteria:
5.1.1. We must have verified your identity, as specified in the account verification
section of the General Terms (here);
5.1.2. You must be at least 18 years old;
5.1.3. You may not use any virtual private networks (VPNs) to receive a Promo Code;
and
5.1.4. You must be a UK resident, and resident in the UK at the point you receive the
Promo Code and use the profit boost attached.
Applicable bets
5.2. Profit boosts from Promo Codes can only be applied to:
5.2.1. Single Pre-Match and In-Play bets on all sports markets;
5.2.2. that have minimum odds of 2.0 (1/1); and
5.2.3. have a maximum stake of £100.
5.3. The description of each Promo Code may specify that a profit boost can only be used on
certain events (for example, on English Premier League football matches only). Where
applicable, we will specify the eligible events in the description of the Promo Code.
5.4. For certain Promo Codes, only Users that are placing their first bet with us will be eligible.
For other Promo Codes, both first-time and existing Users will be eligible. We will specify
who is eligible in the description of each code.
Rules of play
5.5. Promo Codes may not necessarily be available in every week of the year. The Company will
make clear on the CopyBet Platform and mobile app when it is offering a Promo Code.
5.6. Promo Codes will vary from time to time, and therefore will not always have the same profit
boosts attached to them. For example, the profit boost from one particular Promo Code may
be a 2x multiplier, while that of another may be a 1.5x multiplier. The respective profit boost
will be included in the description of each Promo Code.
5.7. We will make Promo Codes available to you through our affiliate channels, our social media
platforms and/or emails.
Restrictions
5.8. The profit boost attached to each Promo Code will have an expiration time. We will specify
this in the description of each code. Once the expiration time has been passed, the profit
boost will expire and will no longer be usable by you.
5.9. You may redeem each Promo Code only once. You may redeem multiple different Promo
Codes, provided that you don’t redeem the same Promo Code more than once.
5.10. Unless otherwise stated in the offer description, each Offer may only be used by a single
User per household, per device, and per IP address, and may be subject to additional
account or security review.
5.11. Profit boosts awarded through any Promo Code are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged
for cash, and must be used in accordance with our General Terms (here).
5.12. We may alter, discontinue, or terminate a Promo Code if required for legal and/or
regulatory reasons. Further, we may change the rules of a Promo Code where required to
do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons, or otherwise where commercially necessary. We
will publish any changes to these rules on the relevant page/s of the CopyBet Platform.
5.13. If we terminate a Promo Code, this does not affect the validity of any profit boosts that you
may have already earned.
5.14. Where we reasonably suspect you are ineligible for a Promo Code or where you have
behaved in a way that is, or we reasonably suspect is, a ‘Prohibited Activity’ (as further
explained in section 11 of our General Terms (here)), we will: (i) prohibit you from obtaining
a Promo Code; (ii) void any profit boosts that may otherwise have been earned by you
from a Promo Code; and (iii) void and/or reclaim any winnings paid to you from any Promo
Code profit boost.
5.15. We may request additional verification from you (including but not limited to additional
documents and/or photographs, if considered necessary). Please see the account
verification section of the General Terms for more information (here).
6. EXISTING CUSTOMER OFFERS
Introduction
6.1. These promotional terms and conditions apply to any promotional offers made available
exclusively to existing Users from time to time, including but not limited to reload bonuses,
return bonuses, personalised offers, profit boosts and reward-based incentives (each an
“Existing Customer Offer”).
6.2. By participating in an Existing Customer Offer, you agree to these Promotional Terms, the
General Terms (here), and any additional terms displayed alongside the relevant offer.
6.3. If there is any conflict between these Promotional Terms and the General Terms, the
General Terms will take precedence.
Eligibility
6.4. To be eligible for an Existing Customer Offer, a User must be able to view that offer within
the CopyBet Platform (including the mobile app or website) and must satisfy the following
criteria:
6.4.1. We must have verified your identity, as specified in the account verification
section of the General Terms (here);
6.4.2. You must be at least 18 years old;
6.4.3. You may not use any virtual private networks (VPNs) to receive the offer; and
6.4.4. You must be a UK resident, and resident in the UK at the point you receive the
Bonus.
6.5. Some Existing Customer Offers may only be available to Users who meet defined criteria
(for example, Users who have placed qualifying bets within a specified time period). Where
applicable, eligibility requirements will be displayed with the offer.
Rules of Play
6.6. To participate in an Existing Customer Offer, you must follow the instructions displayed
with that offer, which may include opting in, placing a qualifying bet, entering a promo
code, or any other required action.
6.7. Unless otherwise stated in the offer description, the Existing Customer Offers may only be
used by a single User per household, per device, and per IP address, and may be subject
to additional account and/or security review.
6.8. Where cash-out is used (whether in full or in part), any associated qualifying bet may be
rendered ineligible unless expressly stated otherwise.
Rewards and Payouts
6.9. Any Bonus issued in connection with an Existing Customer Offer will be credited to your
Sportsbook account within 24 hours of the qualifying event, unless stated otherwise.
6.10. Free Bets may be subject to:
6.10.1. maximum stake limits;
6.10.2. settlement timeframes;
6.10.3. expiry periods; and/or
6.10.4. market restrictions.
6.11. Free Bets are non-withdrawable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.12. Any winnings from a Free Bet issued under an Existing Customer Offer will not include the
promotional stake, unless stated otherwise.
6.13. Any winnings from a Profit Boost issued under an Existing Customer Offer will include the
promotional stake, unless stated otherwise.
6.14. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum winnings or bonus payout from any Existing
Customer Offer will be capped at £1,000.
Time Limits
6.15. Each Existing Customer Offer will specify its own period of availability (“Offer Period”).
6.16. Bonuses not used within the specified expiry timeframe will be expired and cannot be
reinstated.
Restrictions and Misuse
6.17. Any qualifying bet that is void, cancelled, refunded or declared non-runner will not count.
6.18. Existing Customer Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless
expressly stated.
6.19. Where we reasonably suspect Prohibited Activity (as defined in section 11 of the General
Terms), we may:
6.19.1. exclude you from the Existing Customer Offer;
6.19.2. void affected bets;
6.19.3. forfeit Bonuses; and/or
6.19.4. reclaim any winnings derived from misuse.
6.20. We may request additional identity verification prior to crediting or releasing any Bonus.
Changes and Termination
6.21. We may alter, suspend, or terminate any Existing Customer Offer for legal, regulatory, or
commercially necessary reasons. Updates will be published on the CopyBet Platform.
6.22. Termination of an Existing Customer Offer will not affect Offer Rewards already credited,
provided eligibility requirements were met.
7. ERRORS / MALFUNCTIONS (APPLICABLE TO ALL PROMOTIONS)
7.1. For the purposes of these Promotional Terms, an “Error” refers to a mistake or error that is
not exclusively technical, for example the mistaken posting of incorrect odds, the offer of
incorrect prices or terms for participation in a Promotion. A “Malfunction” refers to where
an automated process fails to operate as designed or intended, for example where a piece
of computer software produces a deviation from its intended performance specifications or
parameters. Please see section 17 of our General Terms on Errors and Malfunctions
(here) for more information about our rights, and your obligations, in these situations.
7.2. Where an Error or a Malfunction results in a Promotion (or any aspect/element of a
Promotion) being received by or awarded or credited to you which would not otherwise
have been received, awarded or credited (i.e., without the intervention of the Error or
Malfunction), the Company has the right to void that Promotion/Promotion element and
any resulting winnings.
7.3. Where any Error or Malfunction is or becomes apparent to you or you suspect that an
Error or Malfunction may be occurring in connection with a Promotion that you are
participating in or otherwise in connection with any other aspect of the CopyBet Platform,
you agree that you will immediately cease betting/participating and will contact the
Company immediately.
