Premier League Game Week 30 football tips and predictions – Copybet
There are less than 10 games to go now in this Premier League season and there is still plenty to play for at both ends of the table.
The two-way title race continues, with leaders Arsenal playing host to Everton and Manchester City travelling to West Ham.
In the relegation battle, the pressure is being heaped on Tottenham Hotspur ahead of their clash at Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
Arsenal vs Everton
Arsenal have been far from their best over the last month and the visit of Everton to the Emirates will be another stiff test for the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta’s men have played eight matches in all competitions since the middle of February and although they are unbeaten during that run, they have found life tough going.
Premier League draws against Brentford and Wolves have scuppered their efforts to build a big lead, while they needed a late penalty saw to snatch a draw at Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Everton’s recent away form makes impressive reading, with the Toffees unbeaten in six on the road with four wins and two draws.
A Victor Gyokeres penalty separated the two teams in the reverse fixture, but both of last season’s meetings finished in draws.
Chelsea vs Newcastle United
Two teams that were both in Champions League action in midweek meet at Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea desperate for the points in the battle to qualify for Europe.
The Blues have won just one of their last four league games, but they are unbeaten in their last five home matches in all competitions.
They now face a Newcastle team that have lost four of their last six in the league and have been hit by injury and illness in recent weeks.
Chelsea are unbeaten in the last 12 Premier League meetings with the Magpies at Stamford Bridge, with Newcastle’s last win there coming back in May 2012.
Both teams have scored in each of the last five Chelsea matches in all competitions, while it’s happened in the last 13 Newcastle fixtures.
Manchester United vs Aston Villa
Since Michael Carrick took charge, Bryan Mbeumo has been one of the shining lights for Manchester United and has played a key role in helping them move into the top four.
The former Brentford man has racked up 10 goals and three assists since moving to Old Trafford and that is despite missing a month due to international duty.
Mbeumo has had 114 touches in the opposition box in 24 league appearances and is likely to see plenty of the ball against a Villa team struggling with key absentees.
Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham head to Merseyside without a league win in 2026, a run that has left them just a point outside the relegation zone going into this round of fixtures.
Anfield has not been a happy hunting ground for Spurs, with the visitors failing to win on any of their last 16 trips to Liverpool’s home ground.
In fact, Tottenham have conceded 17 goals in their last four away games against the Reds, including a 5-1 defeat in this fixture last term.
In his first season at Liverpool, Hugo Ekitike has fired 11 goals in 26 league games, including a strike in December’s 2-1 win at Tottenham, while seven of his goals have come at Anfield.
